Men from 34 parishes across the metropolitan Kansas City area joined us last year for the F.I.R.E. Ministries Catholic retreat at Prairie Star Ranch.  Outdoors.  Fires.  Fireworks.  Small group discussions with men facing the same challenges that you do.  Good food.  Mass.  Inspiration. Friendship.  Of our roughly 120 participants last year, more than 70 men attended for the first time.  The retreat presenters are volunteers - just guys - who attended the retreat in the past and now volunteer their time to organize a meaningful and purposeful event for you.  Guys of all ages join us.  Some do not currently attend church and are seeking their path forward.  About 14% of last year's participants were under 30 years old and 35% were 55 or older.  That means most of the guys are in the middle of balancing relationships, and family and careers, trying to figure out how to be purposeful and faithful in daily living.
